The Challenge

The National Wedding Show (TNWS), a well-known series of UK exhibitions, was investing in digital advertising but faced attribution blind spots. Their ticketing system, See Tickets, redirected customers offsite, breaking campaign tracking and making real-time sales reporting nearly impossible. TNWS also lacked granular location and demographic insights, which limited their ability to tailor marketing or identify new regions for growth.

The Solution

Blend developed a custom middleware solution to securely ingest data from the See Tickets API - overcoming rotating credentials and complex security protocols that typically block reliable access. Blend transformed the event and customer data and hosted it in Google BigQuery, powering dynamic dashboards, marketing attribution models, and location enrichment via AI automation.

The Result
